In collaboration with FAO Cairo and the Arabic Nutrition Society Dr K was involved in workshops to develop food based dietary guidelines for the Arab Middle East.

Dr K was part of the team that created the Kellogg’s Breakfast week campaign initially for the UK and Ireland, but subsequently rolled out globally. She has been a spokesperson in the UK, Irish and middle east national breakfast weeks.
Dr K was a keynote speaker invited by Heineken Nigeria to the first and second Nigerian Beer and Health symposia, Lagos 2014 & 2015, to speak about beer and health.
Dr K was involved in creating, scientifically substantiating, developing and implementing one of Kellogg’s most successful marketing campaigns, the 2 Week Challenge initially in the UK but ultimately globally.
Dr K was spokeperson for the launch of Kellogg’s Special K Revive, a wholegrain weight conscious breakfast cereal in the Middle East.
Kellogg’s All-Bran, rich in wheatbran is a natural alternative to laxatives. Dr K has produced numerous scientific papers articles and presentations at international conferences targeting academia and health professionals and media on benefits of wheatbran in digestive health.
